Waaa oh no! You haven't seen Hana Yori Dango? Definetly Definetly do! The story is about a Girl named Makino (girl in your pic) who is kinda poor. Her parents want a good life for her so they send her to this rich school (which they are living a terrible lifestyle for her to go to). At this school there are 4 guys that go there who are incredibly uber rich that they practically do whatever they want in the school. They call themselves the F4, and their leader is a guy named Domiyougi. Domiyougi is really violent and when anyone slightly pisses him off he turns the whole school against that person and brutely bullies and tortues him/her until he/she quits. And then, one thing leads to another, Makino pisses off Domiyougi by standing up to him and Domiyougi tries to break her down like he had to everyone else. And from there a story begins... (p.s. one of the F4 members is named Rui and she noticed that he was relatively nice and didn't really go along with Domiyougi. He's the guy in the pic)
